Too many buildings are being demolished and set up to be rebuilt, refurbished and re-rented or re-sold for titanic profits from both Terrorism, and Counter Terrorism efforts.
We need to scrutinize any and all real estate profits and other forms of profiteering from cleaning the war sites for re-construction, and retro track the profits from re-contruction. I must also add that building material sales and heavy machinery sales also spike heavily after these wartime efforts.
